Just got this one last week, directly from a Japanese dealer, BRAND NEW, pre-ordered in 2016.....
No longer need it, I got a very busy last year, no time to cook at all.
Swedish high carbon steel, easy to sharpen great edge retention, there are a lot of articles online about how amazing the steel that Shigefusa uses.
This is a great size Nakiri, almost 54-55mm tall, 180mm, it's like a small vegetable cleaver, very nice and balanced weight. Wa handle with buffalo horn ferrule.
