From my personal experiences with various dealers, I have came up with some questions concerning the shipping info.
When an item was ordered and the CC was charged, the buyer should expect the dealer to supply with: 1) the package shipping date ,2) the method of shipping ,3) the tracking # (if applicable). I found that some dealers will automatically submit all the above info without even being asked. Some will just tell you that it will be ship..but when..and how..?
Anyone share the same feeling that after you paid for something you have to basically "beg" them to give you the shipping info? Also when you try to emailing them for the info it will take numerous emails before they decided to reply you?
