It wouldnt matter in court if he shipped it as a kazoo worth $3.50...if the dude goes on a rampage killing people with it you have nothing to do with it.

I am one of the overseas buyers so ......
Only ship USPS Express as it requires a signature with ID for collection 9At least in South Africa)
I always ask for stating "Camping Tool"" as that is the customs code used for calculating duties. So far the South African Post Office (SAPO) has stolen 3 blades marked and registered as "Knife" and claiming is a very tedious affair ....your UPS is no better in that regard.
If he has Paypal ... he must have bought on eBay ...ask for his name on eBay and do a search ...send him a question to eBay name and see who responds with what.
Best of all ....ask him to pay and wait 30 days to ship ...tell him you will do this and explain the no feedback looks bad but ......if all works out fine, give him feedback on iTrader so the next guy/gal knows he is good to go.
