Shipping time with Knife Center ?

I made my first purchase with Knife Center on the 08/05 and until today, USPS still didn't receive the item to be shipped. I am aware that retailers like BladeHQ takes quite some time to ship orders, and I was wondering if it was the same with KC. (I tried to reach to them by mail but didn't received any answer yet).
 
In my experiences with Knife Center, they always shipped promptly, UNLESS there was a statement indicating an item usually ships in 2 to 3 weeks (time frame used in example was arbitrarily chosen, by me, for this post).
I'm assuming, of course, that it wasn't a pre-order...
 
It is the textured titanium AD20.5 (overpriced but I'm weak, hence I buy) which is still in stock at the moment.
 
This wouldn't be the first time that the postal service's tracking was not properly updated - I've had numerous items show as not received until they suddenly showed as arriving at my local post office.
That said, if you are concerned - CALL THEM.
(Knife Center, not USPS)
 
As I live in France I think I won't call them. I'll try another mail tomorrow if status doesn't change. Thank you guys for all the infos.
 
I have no experience with their international shipping, and the relevant page on their website didn't mention time-frames (other than for claims). I'm sure some of our European members have purchased from Knife Center, I'll leave further commentary to them.

Being in France might have something to do with it. I don’t know for sure, but I imagine they use different shipping for orders outside the US. My last order from them shipped just hours after I placed it. I’ve never seen it go more than a couple of days, and that’s only because that order was placed late on a Friday night.

I don't know, I placed a lot of orders with american retailers and they always were shipped the next day at the latest ( DLT, Cutlery Shoppe...). Justin from WMK even shipped my order less than 1 hour after placing it and it was almost during Christmas Eve o_O
 
Just received an answer from KC stating that tracking numbers may take three to five business days to be active on the carrier's site. I hope it's the case with my order but for the moment I'm satisfied with their answer.

No, I’m saying it may have shipped, but the shipping info just hasn’t been updated yet, because it’s not one of their standard shippers. Whoever they use for foreign customers may not have the same automated interfaces that domestic shippers do. Just winging a guess. Knife Center is usually very good - I haven’t seen anything negative about them.
