Well I see.. Mixed a bit..Thank you all for comments
Hope for the best...Plan for the worst..

Why the hold up? Their customs? I have some stuff coming into the US from there and it only took about two weeks from the time they generated a tracking number until the time it was listed as exported.

I think importing and exporting are different.

I have once before in 2013. It was a flashlight part I sold over on CPFMarketplace when it was still open and a separate entity from CandlePowerForums. Transaction went smooth and the buyer received it, though I cannot recall if there was a delay in customs.

Yeah, that's why I'm asking. Their postal service didn't seem to hold anything up. We all know how ours in the US is. It's either our customs service or theirs. Ours checks less than 1%, so I assumed theirs. That's why I asked. My stuff cleared their customs in less than a week and I'm assuming it won't even get looked at when coming into the US. I have a hard time believing theirs is much more thorough, especially if talking about air cargo.

I doubt they steal much stuff going out. That would hurt business. Much more likely when coming. That just hurts their citizens.

So you're implying stuff gets stolen on the way to the person in Russia. Got it.
