I'm not the original owner but it was sold to me in early July in "as new" condition, and it looks that way. Seems uncarried, unused, and unsharpened to me, and I've never carried or used it because I ended up with a carbon fiber 111 a few days after I got this one.
Action is smooth, centering is spot on, and there's no blade play.
Comes with original box, Shiro cloth, and warranty card as pictured.
