I believe it is real. Other than the scale color, it looks nearly identical to the one shown in this link, which is also real. It just has an older style clip. Ive seen the fakes out there, but the non show side pivot head is different on those. Shiro experts, please feel free to elaborate, but it looks good to me.

Thanks for your attention. Yeah, it's older style. This knife by generation 1, but generation 2 have another clip.
