I just ordered a new Hati Gen 3 Blue Technocarbo on layaway. What does the scale feel like? Is it smooth, or is it rough to the touch? It almost appears to be rough and I hate that feeling. So now I'm having second thoughts. I'm curious to get your feedback. Thanks!
