No blems, nicks, smudges, snails, or otherwise. You'll likely never come across another one of these in better condition. I am the second owner and just received the knife today; the first owner purchased it new in April for $2500 and safe queened it. Never carried, but has done one or two paper cut tests, per the original owner.
