I'm a huge fan of their knives , it's simplicity and especially its long blade. I've found similar designs such as the ZT 450 and RSK Megalodon.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good folder that revolves around those specs? A definite plus would be for it to be assisted.

Thanks!

I'm glad you love yours, but we don't allow peddling knives based on their stealing designs or technology from legitimate innovators. Describe your choices in their own terms, not as rip-offs of another company's work.

I'm well aware of the rules, as well of the knock-off producer . I ask specifically for similar styles, not knock-offs or w/e . NG and AusLoX gave both excellent suggestions on what I'm looking for.

His comments were not directed at you. Look at the post directly above his. :)

I don't consider the RealSteel Sea Eagle to be a knock off of a Shiro. There are certainly common design elements, but the Sea Eagle has differences all it's own. It's a valid choice when looking at knives similar to a Shiro in all elements other than price.

In addition to some of the knives already mentioned, you might also look at the new ZT 0095, it has a lot of that Russian influence. A couple of the new Kershaws, like the Grid, capture the Shiro feel too. The CKF Gratch or Sukhoi could be options. A bunch of the Rike knives also have that slender, sweeping look.

Incredible suggestions @Hackenslash , I'm really digging the Grid for the price but aesthetics-wise, Sukhoi got me hooked!

I think what intrigues me the most about the shiro's is the simplicity of the blade . I'm definitely starting to save up for a sukhoi . @edibis The Al Mar is too simple IMO . Handle design and just fitting of everything together throws me off for some reason .

@Nfd538 I didn't receive anything.
