Really nice dude, we swapped photos last week for fun and it was nice to see what he looked like and he has a lovely family.

Can't recommend his services highly enough.

Shirogorovs may or may not suck, but they are only sold through True North Knives which does suck. That retailer is on my "do not shop at" list.
 
I thought that was changing. Jim Skelton had an instagram post on this issue a couple of days ago.
