Shirogorov Warranty?

Has anyone had any much with the warranty on a shirogorov? I purchased a neon off the exchange about a month ago and it seems to have developed some noticeable vertical play. I looked on the shirogorov website about this, but the Google translation isn't the most clear about how to claim it. Has anyone in the states had any luck making a warranty claim? Or am I SOL?
