Shirogova Import fees

Sorry guys, probably the wrong forum but am looking at purchasing a Shirogova on ebay. Seller is in Russia. Anybody with any experience is Russian transactions? Would like to know if there is duty, VAT or any other import fees to worry about.

This. But I've bought from Russia and Ukraine dealers and never paid any taxes. It may have to do with claimed value.

Dude, I wasn't trying to be snarky, it's just that the exchange section is kinda restricted and exclusive and I was letting you know.
