Up for sale are two prototype sheaths for the CPK Shiv made out of hermann oak leather. They both carry great and are very functional, but each has it's own quirks and as such will be offered up for cheap.
First up is the shorter sheath of the two. I wanted to leave more handle exposed on this one and it's plenty secure in terms of retention, but the high spot on the handle acts as a swivel to the heavy blade and provides a "rattle" if you shake the sheath with the knife in it. During normal use there is no rattle, you can only hear it when it's off of your belt and you shake it like a crazy person but it still niggles me. Sold to

Next up is the taller of the two sheaths which cuts off right around the middle screw. This sheath was glued up and punched before I noticed that the leather has a thinner gauged section on the backside. Still perfectly functional and plenty robust considering it's hard tempered hermann oak shoulder, but a thing worthy of mention none the less. $Sold to D dericdesmond
