I've now completed 2 transactions with Dennis, each for an inexpensive, discounted knife. Nevertheless, he has been courteous, helpful, and has fired off the packages in a hurry! When you spend a lot of money you really expect good service. Dennis obviously provides the service, regardless of the cost of the order. I wish him all success in his venture!
