Nepal Electric Authority says that, effective tomorrow (1/23) in much but not all of Nepal, there will be two more power hours (i.e. outage cut to 14 from 16 hours). They further state that "the power cuts is [sic] likely to be decreased as the water level has increased in Mid-Marsyangdi and testing production is underway." Middle Marsyangdi is the Nepal's second largest hydroelectric project with a capacity of 70 MW.
