Yea, its that same one I built and then melted a knife. So it certainly gets hot enough!
 
I was going through some of your old threads and it was neat to see your shop. I know these are probably old pics, but how has the shop changed in the past few years? Anything new? Still using the charcoal forge??

I gotta see what else I can dig up.....:D

That is my favorite part. ...anything new? ...like another maker and all of his tools moving in? lol. You haven't been around in a while, huh? ;) :D
 
Schmittie, there have been a lot of changes since the charcoal forge days. I'll have to get pics together and post a new shop pics thread. Thanks for looking!!!
 
I have never been there when the shop looked like that,most of the time knives are glued up everywhere and handle material ready to put on knives.You must have put Dylan to work cleaning up the shop after all the pollen.

These pictures are from before I moved in. The shop still looks like it did last time you were there. ...well, maybe a little more messy.
