Shop re-model questions

I'm going to be re-modeling my small basement shop this winter and wanted to ask a few questions before I get into it.
First one is what is the best ceiling tile to use for a shop? I have a drop ceiling with textured tiles now. They collect dust which I'm constantly having to vacuum out but never seem to get completely free of dust.
Second is where can I get dust proof/resistant covers for electrical outlets?
Third is what type of flooring? I've got basic linoleum now. Easy to sweep but not so easy on the ever-aging feet/knees/hips.
I'm sure there will be more questions as I get into it. Thanks!

No matter what you have on the ceiling it will collect dust. I have a series of rubber pads to stand on at each station I work at. From fitted matts to for childrens play to industrial grade or old yoga matts.

That way you will still have the solid floor for machinery to rest on and padding where you need it. Easy to clean this way.

my brother used these in his basement. http://www.homedepot.com/p/DRIcore-...Q3MLCPcX0KsaX742nIx-hRoCDSnw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds They really helped cushion the floor. i would recommend going over it with laminate wood, or for more cushion, cork flooring.

Thanks guys, I'll check out those options.
Here's the ceiling tiles I'm thinking about. They're PVC so I'm thinking that dust won't cling as much and they'll be easier to clean.

Anyone know of good dust proof outlet covers?

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!
For dust collection I've got an over-head Shop-Fox air filter. It is rated for the size room I have but I guess I could go up a size up on air filtration. When I finish handles I use a dust deputy attached to a shop-vac. Maybe a new filter is in order for the shop vac to help the vacuum.
So if I have all the outlets in use I shouldn't worry about dust collection around and in them? None of my outlets are close to the grinder so maybe I'm over thinking the covers. Just trying to prevent fires.
