Shop sound track

Them boys from Oklahoma roll there joints all wrong . CCR, My Honky tonk fav is Jason Boland, This aint that Nashville hip hop country THIS is Texas Country if you were wondering. LOL its all good

Wow! Left Frizel, Ray Price, and Jason Boland. That's some good Tx country. Throw in some Freddy Fender or Doug Sahm (Texas Tornados) or even new stuff like Doug Moreland and Cory Morrow and you've got a full set. Soooo much better than the Nashville sound.

Personally though, when in the shop I usually go for electronica / club / trance type music. That, or some Coast to Coast late night radio.

If you want the most flawless guitar playing you ever heard, Eric Johnson is the man.

My Eclectic Tastes in music... Mostly Punk, when I'm Forging, The driving beat keeps my hammer swingin. Modern Swing, and Country, when I'm grinding and handle working. The slow beats keeps me focused, some rock some Metal... in between

Saturday Morning Cartoons Greatest Hits...

Bails of Cocaine is one of my all-time favorites!

Since I don't forge (or really make knives for that matter) I thought I'd add in what I listen to when I'm working on a pistol/rifle (same concept, right?).

Dropkick Murphys
Flogging Molly
The Briggs
Foxy Shazam
AFI
Authority Zero
Mighty Mighty Bosstones
Outkast

If I need to focus then its:

The Hush Sound
The Format
G Love
Phish

I always have to have noise in the background, even if I'm making noise myself. I can't handle any silence, if it lasts too long the ringing in my ears gets wicked and it drives me nuts!

 I forgot to mention these guys are in my rotation too. I dont care if Outkast is hiphop, that's some good spoken word right there! they get put in with Gritz, yea I know they shouldn't mix but man both are powerful!
