Hey guys I recently design and had made an aluminum tray for moving blades around my shop. They are 1/8" aluminum so you can take blades straight from quenching and put them all in your oven for the temper cycles. It should save a lot of time and help keep them organized.

Anyway, I thought their might be some interest among other makers. I may have more built if there is enough interest.

Here are some pics of the proto.
They will hold blades up to .310" thick.

OAL will be about 13.25" x 10"
Material is 1/8" tig welded aluminum.
These are very heavy duty and built to last. Made right here in Oregon USA.

VERY cool, and handles high volume well.
I picked up a couple different kitchen utensil drawer insert trays for similar purposes, but they only hold a half-dozen at most unless they're blanks that can bang together.

You don't have to fill it up. ; )

True enough. :-)
But a larger one also takes up more space on the workbench etc.

I know everyone is different and some people just can't be satisfied. Lol.

I wish I needed one but I work far too slowly to work in batches. What might the price point on one of these be? It would be nice to support a fellow maker if possible.

I posted a thread in the exchange. I don't want to talk pricing here.
I wish I could offer them cheaper, but Aluminum and fab time aren't cheap. Not planning on getting rich off of them, but I thought they might help a few folks out.
