Shop Update - 440C - Kitchen Knife, etc

Not until I get it completed, and give it some slicing tests in the kitchen. Once its open for order, I'll be taking those orders regular style, through e-mail.

Anything new on the kitchen knife? If you can't tell I'm pretty geeked up about this one.
