Thanks! My first dagger style grind. Not fully symmetrical. But ground with more focus on cutting with main edge. It also retains a strong point.

I haven't used AEBL in a while. I do use Nitro-V which is very similar.

This is for a client who decided we should try making a machete in this steel.
We went full send.
62HRC
0.092 thick.
He had me leave a section unsharpened and unground the locals he works with like to choke up on the blade. This should help with that.

Hey everyone.
Im hoping to get back to grinding.

Lot of stuff going on in my personal life. Trying to get transportation figured out. Fixing my electric skateboard, as thats kind of my car.
Finally taking a break from Instagram. Deleted the app yesterday. Felt great. Probably taking a break from IG for at least a week.

In other news I'm hoping to get back to grinding as soon as I can. I miss making sharp stuff. And I took on some new orders. I am now offering a new model called the mini Fractal. It's roughly a 4.5 inch blade and 4 or so inch handle. The Mrs and I have been testing it out in the kitchen as a utility knife and we love it.
Its also Vanax, so it's extra nice. But it also makes for a great medium knife for outdoor use.

One of my knife maker friends has offered some assistance with Heat treating. So. You may see an improvement in some of the steels I use. And hopefully a bit faster turn around. But since I'm not knife making full time, my times won't be nearly as fast as they used to be.
