I bought this machete from the maker in the UK. It is very nicely made, but not quite what I was looking for. Here is his description.....
This is a custom made machete from my workshop. Only one will ever made. The handle is hand crafted from hand waxed and oiled walnut. The blade is made from 4mm thick 01 carbon steel - hand forged, Heat Treated to 57-59 RC and is flat ground to a razor edge. The spine of the blade is all file worked. It might look mighty pretty but it is sharp and useful. What's more it is unique. Nobody else will have one like it. The overall length of this stunning machete is 18 inches long. The blade is 12.5 inches long. It is nicely balanced and sits nice in the hand. There will only ever be one!
