Yes, indeed! I am familiar with the photo to which you refer. When I made my suggestion to use the BK-5 to cut the cake, I was thinking of blade geometry with respect to cutting medium. It appears you guys suggesting she use a BK-9 are thinking of......well.....other things ;).
