I think I saw a thread like this once, but can't find it. I'm wondering about short (think 6" or less overall) fixed blades that can be carried in pocket. What recommendations for an EDC knife?

Here is some sheaths I made for pocket carry for the Izula and some Blind Horses. They are awesome in the pocket. Love being able to have a fixed blade in my pocket.

the bark river little creek is an awesome little fixed blade thats perfect for pocket carry.

BRKT Blackwater Boot knife is a good choice for in the pocket. I just got a custom fixed from Matt Bailey with a sheath configured for right front pocket carry and it works killer!

I really like being able to carry a fixed blade in pocket.

Benchmade Activator designed by Mike Snody. There were a few different variants and the latest is a limited run (less than 50) in CPM M4 with a stingray sheath.

You might want to check out Michael Morris Knives. He posts here on the forum as mykulmorris. He makes a couple different pocket sized fixed blades at very reasonable prices. I've got one of his "Pocket Filer" knives that I really like. A nice little knife that comes with a clever kydex pocket-clip sheath.

I'm also interested, i have a Izula and a Bark River bravo necker but they are just a bit to big for pocket carry.

The bargain choice will be the Boker Krein Pocket Bowie when it hits shelves. My personal choice is (currently) either a Krein Hydra or a Graham SS3/Utility/Wee Razel. Lots of choices out there and this is a sweet spot in the custom market. They are a nice way to own a top maker's work in a reasonably priced package.... plus, they are fricking cool ;):D

If I have pants on... there is almost always one of my Bark River Mini-Canadians in the pocket. I usually have to force myself to carry something different, to justify having so many knives.;) I have found the BRKT Mini-Canadian to be the best small "big knife" I have ever used.
