short ka-bar

Got one, sort of like it. :) Easy to sharpen, problem is that it is too thick. It's not big enough to be a mainline chopper/abuser (like the 7" is closer to being), or small enough to be a premium slicer. It cuts well enough, but I would rather a good slicer and a chopper instead of a compromise.
 
I totallly agree with you. The original is great but the short is scaled down version that would have been better if they just shortened the blade of the original.
