short kabar vs. standard

I have a black plain edge Kabar in the standard size. I'm interested in the short size. Anybody have both? Is the blade on the short one any thinner? How much difference in feel of handling is there?

I got the short one as an x-mas present. If you have smallish hands, that knife would be great. My hands are a bit big for that grip. I can grip the knife just fine, but it is a bit of a tight fit for me. Other than that, I think the blade is just shorter and not as wide. The fit and finish is great. This knife would be good for someone with smaller hands, or just loves the kabar look.

Thanks, that's what I was wondering. I do have smallish hands, and the grip on my full size kabar is just slightly too thick. Sounds like I have an excuse to buy a new knife!
