Short strong fixed blade?

The BK2 is a great knife...but physically just too darned large to carry on your Enduro. Been there...
I would choose a SurviveKnives GSO 3.5 or something similar in 3V blade-steel.

I would also go with a SURVIVE! GSO series in CPM-3V. I own several and use them hard. My favorite is the 4.1 followed closely by the 3.5 and then the 6. The 4.1 hits a sweet spot for the one knife solution IMO.

Another vote here for a Bark River Bravo. Depending on the size you want, you could choose the Bravo 1, 1.25, 1.5, or 2. If you aren't picky about handle material, you can find several different steel options (particularly with the Bravo 1).

For the money, the BK2.

If you don't need to cut a lawn mower in half, then the BK10.

I'd choose the BK-10 over the BK-2. I have a BK-2 and it is just too much of a prybar. You can baton the BK-10. The ESEE 6 would be another choice or if you want the ESEE prybar, you go with the ESEE 5.

The BK-15 which is lighter and more slender might be a more reasonable choice to carry on a bike. You can baton it too, just not as hard as the BK-2 or BK-10.

If you want to keep it under $50 the Ontario 499 USAF pilots survival knife is a really good choice. I had a Camillus vers and it was tough as nails.

The BK2 is a true beast, probably as hard to tear up as and anvil, 1/4" thick blade, you can split fire wood with it. My nephew lashes his to the luggage on his Harley. I bought mine because I was impressed with his. Survival is its purpose.
