Took my youngest brother and two youngest cousins out on a hike while we were camping at Bastrop State Park. The family has decided not to have Thanksgiving at the house anymore and we go camping instead

My grandparents and dad set this up because the weather was supposed to turn kinda bad so we would have a place to eat/cook/watch football.

The start of the trail that I forgot was 8.5 miles long...

Here's the three youngins:

Didn't really get any good trail shots.

The closest we get to fall in Central Texas:

This little guy decided he wanted to hang out when we stopped:

Not a good shot but I got tired of splitting wood with the RC-4 so I taught my brother how to do it.

Only knife shot I took:

Yup...we have gone there every year for Thanksgiving for a while now. I like it.

Also, the RC-4 is still plenty sharp after pounded through a bunch of Red Oak.
