Heres some of Tom's cookies that I had the pleasure to eat. I hate I didnt put in a FFBM for comparison cause I cut these bad boyz into quarters and fed em to the kids:eek:

I lived in Bulgaria for two years. One thing I really miss, besides some of the traditional dishes, is the fresh bread.

Two years, without ever eating store/sliced bread.

Every corner had a bakery for fresh bread every morning.

Do you use a special oven? There is an artisanal baker here who imported an oven from France.

Oh, yeah, you can't use just ANY oven! Got a Tibiletti oven from Italy, stone-deck gas & steam tube, 300,000 BTU.
