SHOT Show: daily reports from the show here?

I'm hoping to hear that one of you lucky guys who is attending the SHOT Show will have a laptop with them. Why? I'd love to see daily synopses posted here of all the neat things they've seen and been told about.

Any one have such plans? <please, please>

Well guys, it was a thought. One of the audiophile forums did what I'm suggesting from the CES Show. It was great to have a narrative and digital photos of both some of the new stuff being shown as well as the hijinks of the gang that was on scene.

Maybe Dexter or one of the other guys has a laptop and digital camera.

We have a digital camera, and even have the means to store lots of images, depending on if we can bring the file transfer sofware with is... But having a laptop would make it a hell of a lot easier for a lot of things.

I'd bet that someone will have a laptop at the Shot Show. Atlanta's not that small of a town, maybe they have a computer cafe or something.

Spark, We can be Shot Show Central for BF at the house. There is a cable modem here so uploads will be no problem. Bring the software on up with you. Have a good trip.

It looks like Spark and I have the right stuff to go online during the SHOT SHOW. So, it may be just a choice how to get on the 'net - not IF we can.

I hope we can get updates on what will be comming out from the manufacturers. I think we get pretty good information as is but it would be nice to get even more info, especially on steels being planned for new knives.
