Should i be worried abt KnifeConnection.com?

Hi,

Newbie here from Malaysia and a recent convert to blade/knife collecting.

I made my first purchase on a BM 425BK Gravitator tru them and got the std email reply from them abt my order number and then the shipment email.

However, i selected a UPS 3 day select shipping and in that email, they never gave me a tracking number to track my shipment. Is this normal?

I emailed them back twice but have since got no replies yet.
Should I be worried?

I actually made a mistake in using the tracking function.
