Should I Get the Surge or Wave???

.i just picked up the wave, and while the surge had better steel, the wave has a surprisingly usable diamond file(by usable, i mean it is over 1000x, not one of those 40 grit ones). you can't sharpen the wave with it, but your other knives will be more sharp.
I don't have the Surge, but I am pretty satisfied with my Wave. For me it is large enough and not too heavy to carry on the belt; I think I wouldn't carry something much larger and/or heavier than the Wave. It has all the functions I need during a camping or hiking trip, that's where I use it for.
