Hey Guys Got a Trade Offer For My Spyderco Tenacious. BRAND NEW IN BOX NEVER CARRIED NEVER USED. OPENED MAYBE FIVE TIMES.

For

A Kershaw Shallot - Brand New, Never Used, Carried Once, Opened Less Than 30 Times. Should I Do It?

Ya, maybe. The Shallot feels real good in the hand, but the spyderco is a real nice size for every day carry and use. The shallot blade length is just a little long for the non knife person crowd.
I carry 1 each every day of something about the same size as the tenacious and the shallot. Use the tenacious size knife more than the larger 3 1/2 to 4 inch blade knife, but I have it with me just in case I need it for a larger cutting job.

Really depends on what you want. If you absolutely need tons of grip and hate A/O, then no. Otherwise, the Shallot is made in America, has better steel, and has a higher quality feel to me. If you only have a few knives, the Tenacious is very functional. But if your collection gets pretty big, then you'll probably end up with a lot of the knives the Tenacious is trying to be, whereas the Shallot isn't really a cheaper version of something else.

Thank You Guys For Your Help. I'm Going To Do The Trade. I Don't Need A Lot Of Grip, And I Love A/O. So The Trade Should Be Great. =] Thank You.

And I Already Have A Good Start On A Collection. I Have 12 Name Brand And Like 10 Or So Non Name Brand.
