Should you eat that bacon?

I remember my English teacher showing me something like this but now it makes perfect sense...

But since my wife started studying nutrition science I only get it on Friday mornings. What kind of nutrition science is that when it doesn't advocate maximum bacon intake???

Bacon is a lot healthier for you than any of the other breakfast foods, including oatmeal. And it's a scientific fact. :) (well, aside from the extra sodium, just drink more water!)

I'm a huge fan of pork, and it's not just because of Busse ;)

Slow cooking pork butts on my grill is a close second for my favorite meat. Probably the most bang for the buck out of the amount of cooking time and amount of delicious meat yielded.
 
Last Sunday I went to brunch with my GF.

She ordered 2 eggs scrambled, I ordered a chorizo omelet.

The waiter said ma'm you get 2 sides with that, what would you like, she said she'd pass on the sides, but I stepped in and said I'd take em.

What will you have sir?

1st side I'd like bacon, 2nd side, hmmmmm, bacon.

okay sir, your's comes with 2 sides also, what'll it be ?

Got my chorizo omelet with 4 sides of bacon on a pizza tray !!
