Both are great knives, and as others have mentioned, very different from each other. The 0450 is slimmer and lighter, and it is pretty unnoticeable in pocket. Ergos are good for it being a smaller knife. The PM2 is larger and feels more stout (thicker and wider handles fill the hand better). It does take up a bit more pocket real-estate, but the extra handle width does make it more comfortable to use if you expect to do a lot of repetitive or heavier cutting.
Between the two, I've carried my 0450 more often since I got it. For me, my cutting needs are generally sparse and short, and the 0450 fits my uses very well. (The Leek has probably been my most carried knife in my EDC rotation, and the 0450 has pretty much replaced that since I got it.)
