It does look like a sodbuster Jeff. K’roo calls it a Curved Barlow. And it’s pretty much the same dimensions as a Northwoods Madison Barlow.
I read it’s an old pattern somewhere. Glad you like it.

For Black Friday, but also Old Knives. Has the tang stamp that is supposed to be from 1920-1940. I got it from a good friend in his 90's who died several years ago. He gave me a crate of his knives before he passed, and this gem was among them.
Still has good snap, and takes a wicked edge. I don't carry it much, but when I do, I remember Alan.
Does anybody know the pattern?
