Some of you all may remember I lost my gut hook to my Gerber freeman exhcnage a blade knife. A knife that has not been in production for over 10 years!

I would like to say thank you to a person in your sales department! His name is Carl Peterson.
A long time ago my parents bought me a Gerber freeman exchange a blade knife. I've had this knife for over 10 years. It has grown on me and I LOVE this knife. I was cleaning a deer I shot in Kansas and lost the gut hook piece of this knife in the leafs! I was really upset knowing the knife was not complete. It had sentimental value to me. I thought to myself NO way Gerber would have one but I called anyways. I spoke with Carl Peterson and he said you guys didn't have one but they get them from time to time. He got my name, phone number, and address and he would send me one if they got one. Well here it is... Today December 12th I walk out to my mail box and there it is. I just can not thank him enough and I would love for you to share this with him. He made me a very happy customer and will always continue to use your products! I can't thank him enough!
