Good Shout out to Ben of Greenberg Woods!

Ok…. We all know that Greenberg Woods has some the best wood that can be found anywhere on the internet. I mean that curly Siamese Rosewood…. Come on!!!


But this isn’t about that. This is about Ben’s generosity with both his knowledge and practices.

I recently expanded my vintage Micarta/phenolic lineup with natural and K&G stabilized woods. I mostly stick to domestic varieties, but I sometimes pick up the odd slab of something really exotic.

I’ve reached out to Ben SEVERAL times for advice, identification help, pricing, etc.

Ben could have very easily looked at me as a competitor and either blown me off, ignored me, or like a certain someone…. Blocked me. Instead he has unselfishly shared any and all of the vast knowledge he has at his disposal.

So, I just wanted to say thanks Ben. You’re the kind of guy that makes me happy to be a part of this industry.
