Hey all,
Just wanted to share a positive experience with BladeHQ. I bought a Boos Blades Smoke from their website Christmas night some time near midnight. Not even two days later I noticed they were running a new promotion if you spend over $135 they were giving out a free knife chart that had all kinds of information. I thought that chart would be really cool especially for someone like me that knows a bit about knives but is no expert.
I reached out to BladeHQ to see if despite ordering about 26 hours before the promotion started if there was any way I could get one of those charts since I did in fact spend over $135, but made sure to note I was satisfied with their service either way and that I was not within the time frame of the promotion so was not expecting anything. Their customer service manager Joseph M. quickly responded and said that he had one sitting by his desk he would send out to me.
Little things like this make me want to come back and order again from BladeHQ, they have a great group of people working there and I would recommend them to anyone. Customer service is excellent. I am new to nicer knives but they will definitely be a part of helping me grow my collection. Here is the chart, now I just gotta find somewhere to hang it.
