Shout out to Windcarver (Bob)

A while back I posted that I was looking for a discontinued serrated Kershaw Scamp. My son had bought the knife for me and we used it, and used it, and then somehow lost it.

It wasn't long after I posted, that Windcarver messaged me and said he had what I was looking for, brand new in the box.

He would not accept payment for it and sent it to me for free. He even included a custom scale for it and a lanyard!

Just wanted to publicly say a huge thanks to Windcarver for his kindness to a total stranger...and I mean TOTAL stranger,as I've haven't been on this site in a long time.

Thank you Bob, your generosity makes the knife even more special to me. :thumbup:

Thanks for the kind words Chris, but I was only passing on a knife, you and your
son will be the ones making memories with it. This spirit is shown on this Forum
on a daily basis, it's something special here. I am grateful that I was able to live
up to that spirit, if only just a small bit. This place is loaded with truly special people,
even Rob (Slauterhause) is a great guy, just don't tell him that, it'll go to his head.
