Wanna share what you got over Christmas? I figured I'd ask only now just to give it a few days to get used to them for a bit. They don't have to be knives, toys or gear. They don't have to be the most expensive or grand. Just the ones you feel BEST about.
I'll start (wish it was a knife though!); aside from some shirts and pair of jeans, I got a new cell phone: a Nokia 1650. Not the most sophisticated, top-of-the-line, feature-laden phone you could check you e-mail on or shoot pictures of scenery with. But it's simple to use with larger fonts than my old one and just handy enough. Won't get broken-up too much if I lose it too.
Also, two books, coincidentally BOTH medical: Wilderness 911 by Eric Weiss M.D. and my dear old dad getting me a used copy of Brady's Emergency Care 9th Ed. I was speechless and simply didn't know what to say to my dad who's just living on pension and savings. Guess that's why God made 'em eh?
So what'd you get?
