Show me all your knifes (one picture only)

Here is a pic I took earlier this year.

The 3rd one down in ickythump's pic appears to be a Benchmade 615 Mini-Rukus

Well, I tried....

(of course, this doesn't include a couple that are on the way.... ;))

AKC - what's the fixed blade in the lower left corner made of? Looks like some kind of fiber-optic material. A friend of mine has arrowheads made of the stuff.

Love those stone knives.

Good eye. Fiber-optic glass. Lignum-Vitae haft. Scott VanArsdale.

Not my whole collection, but a pic I took in response to a poster on australianbladeforums.com asking for recommendations for a suite of knives that would suit a variety of tasks with a budget of AUD$500.

Well, its not ALL my knives, but as many as I could fit on my little workbench without making a huge mess.

EDIT: Let's see if anyone can name the knife directly to the left of the only Spyderco on there. Its actually one of my favorite knives (and I'm not even a big fan of recurves).

I'll play. Here's most of mine, minus the ones I keep in the truck and some machetes and axes/hatchets/tomahawks I keep in the garage. I've also added 20 or so since this pic was taken.

You mean the SigSauer SigTac Pterodactyl? Nice knife indeed!

You got it! Do you own one of these? I'm really suprised how much I like this knife! Made in Italy (by Fox Cutlery I believe) it made me a believer in N690 steel....it can take an absoluteley wicked sharp edge and hold it rather well. The grind lines on the blade are just beautiful to me, very aesthetically pleasing. And the G10 handles are super grippy (we're talking Emerson grippy!) and very ergonomic. Oh, and the pocket clip is tip down which I prefer. It's too bad these are no longer available and damn near impossible to find now.

I agree, excellent knife. Too bad Sig got out of the knife making business. Usually when you see a firearm's brand name on a knife it's a sure sign to stay away from it but they really did put out a good line of knives there for a while.

Very old school in terms of the design's of the time. Hence the feel of the early Emerson's and Benchmade's like the Stryker. They nailed the heat treat on the steel too even though it was farmed out like you said. Surprisingly strong as well with great lock up. I recall some concern about the liner lock being too thin but never once had a problem or head of one either. strong, soung well built knife, great F&F and a good job on the steel.

Forgot to add surprisingly good ergo's. Great feel in hand.

I managed to snatch up a couple. The one I still have in still NIB and I'm safe queering it.

Glad you found one, great find!

All? In one picture?

I'd have to lay them out in a field somewhere and hire a satellite to take the picture.
