Show me you old, dead, weary & weak..

Here's my F-I-L's old Camillus. He carried it many years. It's very weary, but I try to keep it comfortable and in as little pain as possible. It's retired now and in poor health.

I keep it because of what that wonderful man meant to me; he is fixing things and helping folks in a better place now. I miss him a lot.

Let's try not to sidetrack Steve's thread with too much pontificating...(this hobby's big enough to encompass all kinds)...better if we just displayed the knives that have earned their keep (as Steve requested). Thanks...

This was my grandfather's. The blades are heavily worn, the scales are loose, and the brand has limited collector interest. Still, I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Pal cutlery was related somehow to Remington I think. Pals are collectible for sure. Thats a nice one to9 be proud of. I wouldn't call the blades heavily worn. I'de say they were just right.

This one was hit with 110...

This old Schrade Cutco was offered with a spear or a clip master. The clip version later became the legendary, rare and valuable Schrade Walden 2 OT. This one is certainly an "Old Timer," and right in my price bracket. :)
