Dwayne - the sneath you made for Heber !!

He sent me some pics you sent him with a desert badger in the sheath, is that your one and will the sheath hold a anorexic badger as well as the normal ones !!

Hey Brendan, it was made for the BA3, a little thicker than the Annie Badgers, I dont have a BA3 (or an annie now:( ) so the DAB was the next best thing. It would be a bit too loose for an anorexic Badger.

I love that green handled baby! Does it have a particular name? How thick is it? The next two on BJB's list are a BAe and a ZTNO. My fiance is gonna kill me.

BJB, I havent miked it yet but I would swear its a bit over a 1/4", and it doesnt have the distal taper that the standard BAe's have its just as thick untill, say, the last inch and then it goes into a sweet penetrator tip.:D It has a really good heft, after handling it the CG BAe's feel light. And I have no idea if those had a name or not, anyone have any idea??

Well, now I know why I like the HR so much! In fact it's lying on a plate on the counter covered with steak grease. Didn't want to get the BA dirty, so the Howler got used. Probably my most used knife and pretty much lives in the kitchen. :D My wife still leaves it alone though after it bit her. ;) ;)

Looks like the Queen Rat got access to Jerry's CNC programs. :eek: :eek: Good for her! :D :D I don't have a BA-III anymore, but the blade profiles are amazingly alike. I'll have to check the DAB against the HR. It's neat to see the slight changes in the blade profiles over time.

:D :D :D Good for us Rats. :cool: :cool: The HR is my favorite SRKW blade and the Badger my favorite Busse (7). Nice when things work out.;) I'd get another HR, but I haven't been able to do anything to the one I've got. Which begs the question, why do I have 7 Badgers? Well, they're cool, and all are a bit different. Some get used, but not like the HR. It just begs for it. What 2 great sister companys!
