Kershaw's s30v performs great, no issues from my experience with it.Dammit I haven't even received the knife I just bought and now I already know I have to buy a blur after looking at these pictures! Been eyeballing them for awhile might as well go ahead and jump.
With that said, which version do y'all recommend preferable under $100 (since i don't know how high some of these models can go)? How's Kershaw's s30v?

If you like thinner edges, I recommend the standard 14c28n bladed versions, any color you want. If you like tantos, I recommend the green or purple plain edged tantos in carpenter bdz-1, also hollow ground. If you want a bit more stoutness, or want a higher end steel, s30v is for you. All the above are sub $100 as of posting this.
Just be careful, Blurs have a tendency to multiply when you're not looking.
Glad to help. And enjoy whatever Blur it is you get [emoji3]Awesome thank you! Actually sounds like I may like the 14c28n blade. I have no experience with it but have heard a lot of good things about it. Super edge retention isn't a must for the things I do with my knives, and I tend like better slicers than anything. Now the fun part of choosing a color! Definitely going with the drop point, it's a gorgeous blade.
All Blurs are USA made. What an excellent knife!
