Hello! I am using :
- a mora heavy douty- for hard work(series knife)
- an Angelero Orka-
becouse I fallen love whit it (non series knife, a knife maker, Imre Angelero Palcsesz made it for me. :3)

- and a small tradition knife- for eating(non series knife)
