Show me your wood

handled Beckers. I saw a sticky on handle mods but nothing on just wood handles (sorry if I missed one). Met a guy at the gun show this weekend that told me he makes his own for his Beckers. Got me thinking. I have all kinds of walnut.

I dont' have any. Grivory/Zytel and micarta, with most leaning towards the Grivory/Zytel side. I beat my BKT's so bad, wood handles would not last long at all. I've tried.

I need something that will take to the Baton Club of Doom. Wood just splits and cracks on me.

no its long gone. went to gunknifenut IIRC. I miss it tho something fierce. Much like alot of stuff I let go. I kept chasing the rush of new steel in the mailbox....dumbness

That sux dude. He was asking me about my prices there a couple times. You should have asked me what I was charging at the time for my sheaths and you probably could have got a bit more for it too

We would have had to move the entire thread to parts unknown.
Some of the scales above resemble the Ka-Bar micarta (contoured).
Others look like the Camillus version (straighter).
I like 'em both. :thumbup:
