Show me your worn/used knives

This is probably my most used knife. Coating's pretty worn, burn marks on the frn from falling in a fire pit... still centered with a solid lockup and great action.

Love that picture...

Blue Sky, the wooden handled knife at the bottom of the photo (Ontario?), did you cut that blade down? John

I did. That started off as an older Old Hickory 6" butcher knife. The tip was a little messed up, so I cut it down to about 4.38", reshaped the bevels, and the handle a little, and made the top edge flat across the entire length. I wanted it to be a little puukko-ish.

I completely agree OP. I buy nice knives with good steels because I want the benefits that come from using knives with nice materials. I've only had this beauty for a couple months, but it has gotten used almost every day at work all day.

I just got the Adamas back today from warranty service. Benchmade replaced the G10 scales for free since they moved from the tan painted version to actual dyed G10. I paid to have the blade changed but for some reason they didn't change it, though I was charged. I called and they should be refunding me. I'm kind of glad because I was on the fence about replacing it. I like the look even with new scales. The 940 is one of the smoothest and most secure Axis knives I own, second only to the Adamas I think.

This plain Sebenza 25 and 21 Starbenza are well-used too but the wear is hard to see.
