So, I'm curious if anyone else packs a Murse full of manly goodness. Post it up, show it off, and tell us what you love about it. For me the current issue is a Kifaru Organizer pouch with padded shoulder strap.

I've carried bigger pouches, I've carried a lot more, but this is just a good size. It doesn't taunt me with the possibility of packing the kitchen sink. It saves my shoulder. It carries the basic useful tools at the ready. It has reasonable but not overzealous organizational capabilities. Perhaps the only two complaints I have are that 1) the elastic webbing is not stacked a little higher for better retention. 2) all the pockets are at the same level. A second set of slot pockets half way up the pouch would give me more organization and allow me to make better use of the available space instead of all the little stuff accumulating in a lump at the bottom.

So, lets see what you guys EDC.

God bless,
Adam

Just the normal stuff. Glock 19, ESEE-4, Miller High Life, tinder bundle, extra pair of shoes.

My go everywhere, in every bag kit. Maxpedition EDC Organizer pouch.

Another option. Jumbo Versipack with a 4 and a Ruger GP100 3" in this case.

I need to get some good pics of my ever-changing kit contents.

Cool setup. But why the pliers instead of a Leatherman???

No one is bedazzling their murses with rhinestones?
I saw on The Today Show where it's all the rage this season.

Tattoo,

The only reason I really ever used the Leatherman was for the pliers. The only other thing I don't have off them that I wish I still did is an Awl. So basically I could have saved $70 and got the pliers first. Also they weigh about half as much and do a better job.

God bless,
Adam

Oh my I feel a swoon coming on due to the public expression of such high levels of virility. (Just taking the piss lads), I use a repurposed leather laptop bag but it is heavier then it needs be.

Pics or it didn't happen!

I need to get a new go bag. The Swiss Gear bag I got to repace my stolen one has started coming apart. I really wish I could still get that bag. Best one I've had so far. I need to try something new.

I have a Maxpedition Falcon II that's sorta my murse at the moment. Hoping Santa brings me something a little smaller for Christmas that better matches my shoes. :D

In all seriousness though, you'd be surprised the amount of heat you get in other forums for having a murse or bail out bag and I understand a very small part of the criticism.

Some folks who carry a gun or a knife everyday keep them in the murse. The knife I could sorta understand. But if you're a CCW holder like myself, what good could the gun do in your murse? There's really not going to be enough time to get to it should you need it in a pinch. Keep your gun on your hip like a grown man please. I understand certain working environments might force you to keep it in the murse, but if you've got the option otherwise...there's no excuse. Just sayin'.

Where I do part sharply with the critics of a murse though is the overall need of said bag. What's the harm in having a bag o' goodies that could help keep you alive? I just don't see a problem with that at all and don't understand the logic of giving people crap about that.

If SHTF, and I have my murse full o' goodies, then I'm probably a leg up on the critics for sure. Doesn't guarantee survival at, but it sure as hell doesn't hurt your chances either. I could give a crap if it's "manly" or not if it helps my chances staying alive!

Looking forward to my Xmas murse from Santa hopefully.

Hey Kaufman, The bottle opener card thingy was given to me from a hot Coors Light girl, they were handing them out at a local nightclub one night here in Fresno. I have no idea wher you could get one but, I'm sure you can find them on the web somewhere.

Hey maybe we can get ESEE to make some up with the skull or the ant on them!

here is mine. its missing my guyot bottle and stainless cup but they are on the couch. i consider this a murse/ get home bag so it has a good amount of stuff in it.

Grunt Soldier,

Sweet stuff in a bag man! That thing is full up! I though I had packed too much stuff. Looks like you've got the bases covered pretty well in there. Now I have to ask do you EDC the little girl as well? What niche do you think she fills in your kit? Do you just Carabiner her right ear to the pack?

God bless,
Adam

Dang Grunt.. how much does all that weigh?

Jumpmonkey.. Bring out that Bible man! That needs to be out on the carpet with the rest of your essentials to survive!

I need a murse. Thinking of a Maxped Fatboy. The Jumbo is a little too big for me.
